Frequently Asked Questions

What ages do you see?

At Invictus Integrative Psychiatry, we provide care for adolescents ages 15 and older and adults up to age 65.
Our goal is to support teens, young adults, and adults through every stage of life with personalized, compassionate mental health care.

Can you prescribe medication like a doctor?

Yes. As a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP), I am licensed to assess, diagnose, and prescribe psychiatric medications including antidepressants, antipsychotics, mood stabilizers, stimulants, and more. My scope of practice is similar to that of a psychiatrist in most settings.

Do you accept insurance?

Yes — Invictus Integrative Psychiatry is now in-network with several major insurance providers.
We currently accept:

  • Aetna

  • Anthem

  • Blue Cross

  • Blue Shield

  • Carelon Behavioral Health

  • Optum

  • Oxford

  • Quest Behavioral Health

If your plan is listed above, we can verify your benefits before your first appointment.
If your plan isn’t listed, you can still be seen as a self-pay client and request superbills for potential reimbursement.
