Luis Rosas is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner providing comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and mental health documentation for adults and families throughout California.
He works with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, mood disorders, life transitions, and high-stress environments. His approach is thoughtful, evidence-based, and grounded in the belief that effective mental health care should be practical, respectful, and centered on the person—not just a diagnosis.
Luis has extensive clinical experience across outpatient psychiatry, emergency medicine, and community-based care, allowing him to assess both emotional symptoms and real-world functioning.
